Yes, we have a configuration application, were you can create configuration templates. Those templates can be provisioned via our mobile app or remotely via downlinks.
The ioTracker 3 typically achieves a battery life of up to 10 years with three heartbeat messages per day. When you (intensively) use the tracking features, the battery life goes down.
The ioTracker 3 is equipped with a replaceable battery. It uses a SAFT LR14250 3.6 V lithium battery, or equivalent.
Yes, you can. Simply remove the default back cover by gently releasing the four side clips using a small screwdriver.
